Compass Immigration was originally started as the ‘immigration solutions’ arm of a specialist recruitment company. It has operated as an independent consultancy from 2010 onwards.

John Hunter is a director of the company and a Licensed Immigration Advisor; License number 201100131.

Originally from South Africa, he and his family moved to New Zealand in 2000 and now call this place home.

With vast financial & business experience, including self-employment, employment in the corporate world, and a great track record as a licenced immigration advisor since 2011, he has the background to advise on all aspects of the immigration process; advice for individuals & families, as well as advice around new business ventures, business plans & financial forecasting.
